Our meeting with Jeannette

When we spoke with Jeannette, 68, we discovered a woman whose life has been marked by incredible challenges and equally remarkable resilience. A retired hospital nurse, she dedicated her career to helping others, working in general medicine, end-of-life care, oncology, and for the last 20 years of her career, in a major hemodialysis center.

Her passion for her work was as intense as her love for travel, which took her to all corners of the world. “I traveled extensively in Europe, the United States, and had a particular fondness for Asia,” she recalls.

However, in 2001, her life was upended by a series of personal tragedies. “My mother’s massive stroke, my father’s death, and my partner’s accident marked the beginning of an eleven-year period during which I faced immense stress and successive losses of my loved ones.”

The Diagnosis: A New Challenge

After battling Lyme disease, Clostridium difficile infection, and a total thyroidectomy, Jeannette was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2018 at the age of 62, adding a new chapter to her already complicated journey. “The first signs were tremors in my left hand and dizziness,” she remembers. “After years of intense fatigue and fibromyalgia symptoms, the diagnosis was confirmed by a Datscan.”

This new medical challenge revealed an even more difficult reality: Jeannette was part of a minority hypersensitive to standard dopaminergic treatments. “I suffered from micro-thromboses and angina. It was as if my body rejected all the solutions from heavy protocols.”

Discovering AtremoPlus: A Decisive Turning Point

In 2020, after exploring numerous options, Jeannette discovered AtremoPlus online. “Very quickly, the benefits were evident,” she says enthusiastically. “I finally felt reconnected to myself. My memory was clearer, I felt a surge of positivity and simple well-being.”

In close collaboration with her doctor and neurologist, who trusted her, Jeannette adjusted her dosage of AtremoPlus to find what suited her best over the years. “I started with two doses (5g) per day, then after a few months, I increased to two doses (5g) in the morning around 9 a.m. and two doses (5g) around 3 p.m. Being declared ‘untreatable’ due to my hypersensitivity, a few weeks ago, I even added a third dose around 10 p.m. of one dose (2.5g). And I still feel the difference; it’s like this third dose creates a bridge between the first and last doses of the day. Of course, I also pay attention to my lifestyle!”

Significant Moments and Positive Impact

One of the most significant moments for Jeannette was regaining the desire to engage in daily tasks. “I realized that AtremoPlus made a real difference in my life. I wanted to act again, even for simple things like cleaning. I felt alive and no longer just surviving!”

She also remembers being skeptical at first, thinking the effects might be due to a placebo. “Since I had a hard time believing it, I did tests by stopping for a few days. Every time I stopped, I would fall back, feeling worse. I repeated this experiment several times over the years, and each time, the same conclusion: with AtremoPlus, I immediately felt connected to myself, had a much better mood, and regained the desire to act. It doesn’t help with my tremors, but it significantly helps me cognitively. It’s my lifeline.”

The impact of AtremoPlus was not limited to her own feelings. Her daughter noticed significant changes. “My daughter pointed out that before AtremoPlus, I could be, despite myself, aggressive, with a closed face and not always kind.”

Jeannette emphasizes that the AtremoPlus team also played a crucial role in her journey. “They are always there to answer my questions or support me. Their support is invaluable, especially after overcoming two episodes of COVID and the resulting encephalitis.”

A New Philosophy of Life

Jeannette has adopted a holistic approach to managing her disease. “I take my doses of AtremoPlus in the morning with a mashed banana, in the afternoon with a sheep’s milk yogurt, and in the evening with half a yogurt. Of course, I maintain a balanced diet, supplement with vitamins and minerals, do physical therapy once a week, osteopathy as needed, and stay as mobile as possible.”

For her, accepting the ups and downs of the disease is essential. “Our condition is not linear. You have to accept that there may be ‘off’ days and reward yourself for the ‘on’ days.” Her support network is also very important. “Currently, I live with chosen, kind, and empathetic people. This allows me to find balance and cope with loneliness.”

A Message of Hope

Jeannette is an inspiration to all those battling Parkinson’s disease. Her story is a powerful testament to resilience, perseverance, and the importance of supportive care. By choosing to surround herself with positive people and adopting a proactive approach to her health, Jeannette shows that even in the face of the most difficult challenges, it is possible to find joy and a renewed zest for life.

Her message to other users or those who have not yet tried AtremoPlus is clear: “Don’t blame yourself for having the disease, but rather ask yourself, ‘What can I do?’ Do your best and keep nurturing hope. Don’t be afraid to talk to your doctor and surround yourself with kind people. Ignore the doubts of your surroundings, whoever they may be, because remember, ‘It’s my body, it’s my life!'”
